Bail confirmed in wrongful prosecution case

As part of the Ashtar Ali & Rahim LLP Pro Bono Initiative, we have confirmed bail from the Lahore High Court in a wrongful prosecution case – where an innocent, unarmed person was illegally charged for criminal offences; this was also borne out by the police report provided by the law officer.

The petitioner was represented by partner Asad Rahim Khan and senior associate Faiz-e-Azhar, who heads the Initiative.
