Pro Bono Initiative: benefits awarded

As part of the Ashtar Ali & Rahim LLP Pro Bono Initiative, associate Mian Ali Tariq Rehman successfully appeared before the National Industrial Relations Commission, Lahore, winning enhanced benefits and pay for the petitioner. 

After considering the evidence on record and applying the doctrine laid down by the Supreme Court of Pakistan, the NIRC allowed the petition, entitling back-benefits as claimed.
