Nimra Arshad becomes associate partner

Her work has included cross-border transactions, complex restructuring, advisory services for major industrial groups, and public interest petitions for women and the underserved.

Nimra joined the firm as an associate in 2021. Besides leading the firm’s corporate advisory and transactional desks, she is also involved in commercial and public interest litigation as an Advocate of the High Courts.

She was awarded her LLM from Georgetown University Law Center on a Fulbright scholarship, and her BA-LLB (Hons.) from the Sheikh Ahmad Hassan School of Law at LUMS, graduating with distinction from both institutions.
