Muhammad Mustafa Arif

Muhammad Mustafa Arif is an associate at Ashtar Ali & Rahim LLP. He focuses on commercial, and civil disputes and assists the partners on matters pertaining to arbitration, constitutional law, and company matters.

Mustafa graduated from the University of London with Honours. During law school, he competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition. Additionally, he served as Vice President of the Pakistan College of Law Study Circle Society, and worked as an Editorial Assistant for LEAP Pakistan.

He is a columnist for The News International and The Friday Times, and his writing has been published in various national and international platforms, like the Berkeley Journal of International Law, the Cambridge Journal of Political Affairs, the Center for International Investment and Commercial Arbitration (CIICA), and Paradigm Shift.
