Mohammad Iftikhar Ali

Mohammad Iftikhar Ali is counsel at Ashtar Ali & Rahim LLP and an Advocate of the High Courts. He advises clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, statutory interpretation, and strategic engagement with public authorities across Pakistan. His practice also encompasses a broad range of contentious and advisory matters including property and commercial disputes, family law, contractual matters, inheritance and succession issues, and the examination of constitutional and public law questions.

Mohammad brings a strong background in policy advisory, impact and outcome evaluation, and transformational program management developed over six years as a management consultant with KPMG Australia and KPMG US. During this time, he led and supported multi-jurisdictional projects focused on public sector reform, operational strategy, service delivery redesign, and organisational performance improvement.

His professional journey began in the Australian non-profit sector, where he worked with an advocacy organisation representing children in out-of-home care, contributing to systemic reform initiatives and child rights protection efforts.

He is also the Founder and Director of the Chef Fatima Foundation, a charitable organisation with the primary purpose of spreading joy through food in Pakistan.
