Islamabad High Court restrains PMDC

The Islamabad High Court has admitted our challenge to the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council’s purported exercise of powers, and has granted interim relief to the petitioner – the Pakistan Association of Private Medical & Dental Institutions.

PMDC has been restrained from taking any coercive action.

The petitioner is being represented by founding partner Ashtar Ausaf Ali and senior associates Usama Rauf and Nimra Arshad at Ashtar Ali & Rahim.
