Hassan Kamal Wattoo on recent legislative changes

Our associate, Hassan Kamal Wattoo, was recently invited by Punjab University Law College to address law students on the impact of the 26th and 27th amendments to the Constitution of Pakistan. His lecture also covered constitutional history and jurisprudence, ending in a Q&A session.
